European Polecat
This coin is from 'The Russian Federation' series, a series of coins that started in 2005 with each celebrating a region of Russia.
This issue is for the Tyumen Oblast, with a coat of arms featuring... a pair of weasels? That's what I thought, and it turns out to actually be a pair of European polecats who are members of the Genus Mustela, which officially makes them... weasels.
The government page for the region translates these little beasties as "Black sable" which is one of the other names they go by.
