Eagle
This coin is from 'The Russian Federation' series, a series of coins that started in 2005 with each celebrating a region of Russia.
This issue is for the Republic of Ingushetia, which features an eagle with its wings spread on the coat of arms.
At least I think that is an eagle. This is one coin where I can't really find any info from Russian websites. But that sure looks like an eagle, and there are at least seven kinds of eagle found in the region.
