European Catfish
The European Catfish (aka 'Wels') is the world's largest catfish. Apparently in Poland in 2004 several were caught weighing over 60 kg. That's a big fish. Check out some pictures here.
This one-year-only coin, and the ones following, came after Poland underwent a financial reform: 100 Old Zlotych = 1 Grosz; 10,000 Old Zlotych = 1 Zloty.
