A Gift from the United Kingdom

Yesterday was Halloween, and I received the best kind of treat in the mail: the four coins pictured here complete the UK section of my Need It list.

These four wonderful coins were a gift from Coin Zoo visitor Iain from Peterborough, England. A few weeks back, Iain contacted me and offered to fill in my missing UK coins and also upgrade my Welsh dragon one pound coin. The timing couldn't have been better, since I was starting to feel a little down with more kids than usual showing up and depleting our mini-chocolate bar pile, meaning less left-overs for us. (Just kidding!)

Seriously, though, finding a package like this in the mail box is always a great treat. The beautiful Welsh dragon coin in this set of four coins replaces the very battered example that was formerly in the zoo.
