San Marino 100-LIRE (KM299) Swallow
Although the bird on this coin is somewhat stylized, the forked tail makes it look very much like a Barn swallow, which is commonly found in San Marino. However, like a lot of the coins of San Marino, information on the significance is very hard to come by.
Another question about this coin is the composition. Some sources say it is "acmonital" which is a steel alloy that was used in Italy. Most sources say it is copper-nickel. This coin has a distinctive light-golden hue which is possible with copper-nickel.
