Prussia issued both a 2- and 3-mark silver coin in 1913 to commemorate the centennial of the defeat of Napoleon. The eagle represents Prussia (also seen on their flag), and the snake represents France. On the reverse is King Freidrich William III on horseback surrounded by the people of Prussia.
All coin images in Daniel's Coin Zoo are from my personal collection. I collect, research, and personally photograph every coin displayed on this site. PLEASE do not take my images without permission. If you would like to use any coin image you see, just ask me. Thank you.
