Mouflon

Mouflon (Ovis orientalis) are a subspecies group of wild sheep and are thought to be one of the two ancestors of all modern domestic sheep.

This particular Kazakh mouflon is called a Ustyurt Mountain Sheep (Ovis orientalis cycloceros) which may not actually exist (as a sub-species, that is). There is dispute about the subspecies of Mouflon, but MSW3 only recognizes five of them, and O. o. cycloceros is not one. So, let's stick with Mouflon.
