The legend says this is Hystrix leucura saturnini (mispelled as "satunini") which is an outdated or obscure synonym for Hystrix indica (aka Indian Crested Porcupine) an old world porcupine found in Kazakhstan.
The denomination "tenge" means "scale" in Kazakh. While the wildlife series is predominantly a collectors' issue, the copper-nickel coins like this one have been known to make it out into circulation.
