Giant Eland
A male Giant Eland can weigh up to 1,000 kg and their huge spiral horns can extend beyond 120 cm. They hang out in sparse forest during the heat of the day, and feed on the savanna during the morning and evening hours.
This coin was issued by the Bank of the Central African States on behalf of Equatorial Guinea. It was minted in 1985 and 1986.
