Tuvalu 2-CENTS (KM2) Whiptail Stingray
Stingrays are a whole suborder of fish related to sharks. There are eight families of stingrays, some with a single species, some with many genera and species.
In Tuvalu, three species are commonly found, all from the Whiptail stingray family: Reticulate whipray (Himantura uarnak), Round ribbontail ray (Taeniura meyeni), and Bluespotted stingray (Neotrygon kuhlii). [SOURCE]
