This nice scalloped coin features an impressive elephant head on the reverse.
The obverse shows King Mswati III, who was born on the same day as yours truly, 19 April (but 6 years after me). He became King six days after his birthday in 1986, and is still reigning as of December 2010. He has 14 wives (all at once) and is apparently popular in Swaziland, despite his opulent lifestyle amidst one of the poorest countries on earth.

The Kingdom of Swaziland is a very small land-locked country is southern Africa. With the highest infection rate of HIV/AIDS in the world, along with drought, land degradation, and poverty, the society itself is threatened. Swaziland is an absolute monarchy and its motto is "Siyinqaba" which means "We are a fortress" or "We are a mystery/riddle" or "We hide ourselves away" (according to the Wikipedia info box).
