Singapore 20-CENTS (KM4) Swordfish
Singapore is (or was) the largest exporter of swordfish to North America. However, there are some who say you should not eat swordfish at all, due to elevated levels of mercury and destructive fishing practices. However, Fisheries and Oceans Canada reports that their biomass has been increasing steadily since 2000, recently reaching a sustainable level.
