Morocco 10-SANTIMAT (Y136)

Honey Bee

This beautiful coin was first minted in 2011 and features a honey bee moving in on a flower. It was sent to me by my friend Maria in Russia, for whom this is a "double-collectible" as she collects both animal coins and flower/plant coins.

This coin is only the 40th arthropod piece in the Coin Zoo, and of those 11 of them feature bees.

Thanks to Maria for sending this coin (and for growing the Morocco section from a single coin)!
