Fennec Fox
The Fennec Fox (Vulpes zerda) is the smallest canid in the world, with the biggest ears (relatively speaking). It lives in the Sahara Desert and is well adapted to high-heat and low-water. In fact, those giant ears are designed to dissipate body heat.
This coin was minted in 1992 and 1998 only and no longer circulates due to massive inflation. The smallest circulating coin is the 5-dinar.
